Requirements

Possess Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in system development and support
Strong leadership and management capabilities
Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Microservices, Domain-Driven Design, and Security by Design
Experience in both waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in effort and duration estimation, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, data mapping, and interfaces
Experience modernizing legacy applications with modern technologies
