Key Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively delivering the project according to business objectives, performance targets (safety, capital cost, schedule, risk management, operability).
- Providing robust internal and external stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively promoting a safety culture across all project phases.
- Managing the interface between the Project Owner and the project team, escalating critical issues as necessary.

Requirements
- Degree in Technical or Engineering discipline
- Accountability for project delivery according to Neste’s governance procedures.
- Proven ability in holistic project risk management and escalation.
- Strong leadership skills to guide the project team through complexity.
