Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and business evaluations for early-phase refinery capital investment projects, including preparing investment concepts.
- Lead pre-study and feasibility studies to finalize project scope for definition and execution decisions.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up planning.
- Drive investment project development according to Neste's PIPE model.
- Facilitate Business Engineering Alignment Meetings and provide training on investment management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in asset development, investment systems, and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- Strong understanding of cross-engineering fields, production economics, operations, and technology.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations and capital investment projects within oil refining, petrochemicals, or similar industries.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability in stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible attitude and a safety-oriented mindset.
