Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent military training.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Technical knowledge of vacuum technology, RF power generators, and gas delivery systems.
  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools, including multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Willingness to work a compressed 12-hour rotating shift including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in an ISO 4 (Class 10) cleanroom environment wearing full protective equipment (bunny suit).
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods during maintenance tasks.
  • Effective communication skills for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
