Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in facilities management or related technical competency.
- Minimum 5 years of work experiences.
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
- Industry certifications in facilities management, trades, or relevant technical areas are a plus.
- Knowledge of building systems including Airconditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, security system.
- Good understanding of safety work practices, ISO/regulatory compliances and GMP requirement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint...etc.)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, P&IDs, and system schematic.
- Experience in managing vendor or landlord relationships and coordinating maintenance works.
