Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Multimedia, Computer Science (with design electives), or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, layout principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Ability to create high‑fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout
- Ability to translate UX requirements and wireframes into intuitive UI designs
- Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fluent Design (Fluent 1 or 2) is an added advantage
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in fast‑moving environments
