Key Responsibilities
- Strategically optimize complex periodic shutdowns & turnarounds to minimize duration and cost while maximizing safety and work quality.
- Drive improvements in TA Planning Processes, including simplification, adoption of best practices, and cost/productivity enhancements (e.g., mechanization, digitalization).
- Develop efficient and effective quality planning for TA work requests across multi-disciplinary equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, analyzers, civil).
- Develop and implement the Turnaround Quality Plan in alignment with company standards, procedures, and work instructions.
- Establish quality control procedures relevant to the Turnaround manual and checklists for all turnaround activities in coordination with the Asset Management team.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex industrial shutdowns/turnarounds.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability in quality planning and control within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Capability to manage stakeholders effectively and act as a change champion/agent.
