Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional function leaders and finance teams to ensure key deliverables for business reviews and corporate submissions are met.
- Build and maintain standardized templates for efficient planning, consolidation, and reviews, supporting monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes (MBR, QBR, AOP).
- Analyze transactional and operational cost data to identify anomalies, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, and communicating risks/opportunities.
- Investigate data issues to identify root causes, collaborating with business partners and finance teams to improve data quality at the cost center level.
- Proactively adopt new systems and contribute to regional finance projects focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and process improvement.
- Support regional function leaders on expense cross-charging across regions/countries and provide tracking for Capex projects.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in regional FP&A.
- Proven experience within a large global company and highly matrixed organization.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, meticulous, and handle ambiguity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid stakeholder management abilities.
