Key Responsibilities
- Review invoices and prepare timesheet claims to customers
- Calculate and prepare Variation Order (VO) claims for customers
- Verify VO and timesheets claims submitted by subcontractors
- Perform and manage quantity remeasurement activities, such as for steel, piping, and electrical works
- Attend onsite visits with clients to verify and validate quantity measurements
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload appropriately, engage with Customer/subcontractor and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably with experience in marine and offshore projects.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Ship Repair Billing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare accurate worksheets with minimal errors.
