Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical research project management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Expertise in clinical service management and complex clinical trial operations.
- Strong understanding of GMP environment and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, GPMS, TrackWise).
- Proven ability in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
