Requirements

Experience with system upgrades and migrations and proficiency in end-user technologies such as Intune, M365 and ITSM tools
Possesses knowledge of IT Asset management and procedure
Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
Detail oriented and service oriented with IT asset management configuration tracking and strong interpersonal skills
