Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop HR solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals
- Advises managers and leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement matters
- Partners with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, support candidate selection, and enable effective onboarding
- Leads initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, including talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Implements performance management frameworks, tools, and processes to drive employee engagement, productivity, and continuous development
- Coaches managers on effective performance feedback, goal setting, and employee development planning
- Ensures compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards, proactively addressing regulatory changes and risks
- Utilizes HR data and analytics to identify trends, assess programme effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Drives initiatives in partnership with leaders to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and retention
- Supports organizational change initiatives by providing guidance to managers and employees and addressing change impacts and resistance
- Communicates HR policies, procedures, and programmes effectively, serving as a liaison between HR and the business to ensure alignment and clarity
- Enables manager and employee readiness for Workday self-service adoption to support automated, efficient, and governed HR processes
Requirements
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree in human resource management / business administration or any other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR business partnering
- Possess excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives
- Proficiency in Workday is an added advantage
