Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes enterprise recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and long-term talent requirements

  • Reviews, monitors, and controls recruitment requisitions, approvals, and transactions to ensure adherence to budget, headcount controls, and operational efficiency
  • Establishes and maintains the annual hiring calendar and governs recruitment activities, including job fairs, campus engagements, and internal recruitment initiatives
  • Provides governance oversight on the use of the Workday recruitment module, ensuring data integrity, workflow compliance, system controls, and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborates with HRIS and HR Operations to drive system enhancements, reporting accuracy, control effectiveness, and timely resolution of system-related issues
  • Produces and reviews monthly and ad hoc hiring reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making, performance tracking, and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Relevant professional HR certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership or governance role
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment governance, and budget management within a medium to large organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and internal recruitment controls, preferably within a multi-entity or group environment
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS / ATS platforms (e.g. Workday), including workflow governance, reporting, and data integrity management
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and BU
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience producing management dashboards, KPIs, and audit-ready documentation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in a controlled, compliance-driven environment
