Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes for the Customer Care business segment
- Analyze service contract profitability and field service margins to identify performance improvement opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Prior experience working in a semiconductor, high-tech, or capital equipment manufacturing industry
- Strong proficiency in SAP or a comparable large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning system
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including complex financial modeling and data analysis
- Proven track record of acting as a strategic business partner to non-financial operational teams
- Extensive experience in revenue recognition, margin analysis, and cost accounting within a global matrix
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executive stakeholders
- Advanced analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment
- Professional certification such as a CPA or CMA, or an MBA degree is highly preferred
