Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Marine & Offshore-related engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in production work in shipbuilding, ship repair or offshore fabrication
- Certified Workplace Trainer & Assessor (e.g., ACTA/ACLP credentials) is preferred
- Good knowledge on safety requirements and standards for various works carried out in the yard
- Familiarity with classification rules and standards and quality procedures
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to explain concepts clearly to adult learners from diverse backgrounds
- Competent in both theoretical and practical instruction
- Able to assess learning and provide constructive feedback for improvement
