Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and follow up on joint inspection punch list clearance
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate regular reports
- Regular monitoring to manage inventory stock levels and replenishment
- Maintain proper storage conditions for equipment and hazardous materials
- Support and maintain documentation for audits and to conduct risk assessments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in warehouse management system and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage
