Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory research to support new product development, formulation improvements, and technology innovation.
- Prepare and test prototypes, evaluate performance, and meticulously document all experimental results.
- Assist in designing experimental plans, collecting high-quality data, and performing necessary statistical analyses.
- Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records strictly following internal documentation standards.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews, competitive product assessments, and technology scans relevant to the field.
- Collaborate closely with scientists and product managers to advance projects toward development milestones.
- Support scale-up trials, pilot runs, and the successful transfer of research outcomes to manufacturing.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements during experimentation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Molecular Biology or a related scientific discipline.
- 1-3+ years of experience in laboratory research, product development, or applied R&D (internships/academic research considered).
- Strong experimental and analytical skills in DNA/RNA-based diagnostic assays (e.g., qPCR, multiplex-PCR).
- Familiarity with NGS and circulating nucleic acid analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail in lab work.
