Key Responsibilities

  • Lead silicon bring-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness from early silicon through production.
  • Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and methodologies to ensure quality and manufacturability.
  • Drive yield analysis and root-cause resolution in collaboration with design, DFT, test, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support production ramp and sustaining activities, ensuring stable performance in high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Product Engineering.
  • Strong experience in test methodology and silicon process fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with DFT/DFM concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in high-speed digital testing, ATE test development, silicon validation, yield analysis, and manufacturing debug.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
