Key Responsibilities
- Lead silicon bring-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness from early silicon through production.
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs and methodologies to ensure quality and manufacturability.
- Drive yield analysis and root-cause resolution in collaboration with design, DFT, test, and manufacturing teams.
- Support production ramp and sustaining activities, ensuring stable performance in high-volume manufacturing.
- Provide technical leadership within the project, influencing cross-functional teams and driving issues to closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Product Engineering.
- Strong experience in test methodology and silicon process fundamentals.
- Proficiency with DFT/DFM concepts.
- Hands-on experience in high-speed digital testing, ATE test development, silicon validation, yield analysis, and manufacturing debug.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
