Key Responsibilities

  • Develop good working habits and promptly inform the Technical Specialist of any issues encountered with tools or products. Notify MEs immediately in the event of excessive tool downtime or product defects.
  • Follow all safety procedures and always maintain a clean and organized workspace. Report any unsafe acts or conditions to the Team Leader immediately.
  • Provide feedback to Team Leaders regarding any inappropriate behavior or poor work habits observed on the manufacturing line.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary level; or NTC in engineering related fields
  • 1 - 3 years related hands-on production/processing experience in wafer fabrication production/photolithography environment
  • Those with no relevant experience but willing to work in clean room environment and 12-hour shift can apply
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Able to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Able to write legibly and with attention to details
  • Must be meticulous in operating the machines
  • Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift
