- Able to commit to a 1-year training program, including classroom and on-the-job training.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and comfortable in an outdoor environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate clearly within the operations team.
- Possess a proactive learning, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Maintain a strong safety-oriented mindset.
- Male applicants must have completed National Service.
