Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis
  • Proficiency in forecasting methodologies and statistical models (e.g., exponential smoothing, ARIMA)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or demand planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain dynamics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or industrial sectors is a plus
