Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis
Proficiency in forecasting methodologies and statistical models (e.g., exponential smoothing, ARIMA)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or demand planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9)
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization
Understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain dynamics
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or industrial sectors is a plus
