Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least diploma in molecular biology or related discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience in laboratory research, product development, or applied R&D (internships and academic research acceptable).
- Strong experimental and analytical skills, particularly in DNA/RNA-based diagnostic assays (Quantitative real-time PCR, multiplex-PCR), NGS and circulating nucleic acid analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common laboratory equipment and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment with a team of diverse disciplines.
- Experience participating in product development cycles.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards such as ISO13485.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software, formulation tools and analytical instrumentation.
- Experience generating research reports or contributing to technical documentation.
- Prior patent or publication experience.
