Strong experimental and analytical skills, particularly in DNA/RNA-based diagnostic assays (Quantitative real-time PCR, multiplex-PCR), NGS and circulating nucleic acid analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with common laboratory equipment and basic data analysis tools.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment with a team of diverse disciplines.
Experience participating in product development cycles.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory standards such as ISO13485.
Familiarity with statistical analysis software, formulation tools and analytical instrumentation.
Experience generating research reports or contributing to technical documentation.
Prior patent or publication experience.
