Key Responsibilities

  • Own, manage and execute social media strategy and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and achieve company's goals through paid and owned media.
  • Own and manage the company website (for the corporate pillars), including but not limited to website optimisation, enhancing user experience, content creation and update.
  • Drive content creation across all platforms for brand growth and engagement
  • Identify, plan and execute high-impact campaigns like brand events, speaking opportunities and more
  • Ensure corporate website is aligned with branding, and manage media section on website
  • Stay abreast of trends, tools and best practices and provide market insights to refine and better social media and digital communications strategy/campaigns
  • Determine social media KPIs
  • Support internal and external communications and media when needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant disciplines, preferably with 4 to 6 years of work experience in digital marketing communications and social media.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced start-up environment or a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture.
  • Ability to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with drive to get things done, able to build effective cross-team relationships to move projects forward.
  • Strong ownership and prior experience in managing projects to deliver targets and results.
  • Proactive self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proven experience and/or a strong network within the media industry is preferred, though not a strict requirement.
