Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP & GM, SEA to define and implement the regional strategy and growth agenda.
  • Identify opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth across the region and develop actionable strategic plans.
  • Lead M&A and inorganic initiatives end-to-end, including deal structure evaluation, financial impact assessment, and execution.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives in close partnership with country teams and cross-functional leaders.
  • Coordinate cross-divisional and cross-country collaborations to leverage Thermo Fisher’s capabilities for targeted growth.
  • Oversee strategy execution tracking, ensuring KPIs and milestones are delivered on time.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and strategic narratives for senior leadership decision-making.
