Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom environment for extended periods
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour compressed work week shift, including rotating days or nights
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical hardware and process deviations
  • Familiarity with Silicon Carbide (SiC) or power semiconductor processing technologies
  • Ability to lift and move equipment components as required by maintenance tasks
  • Strong communication skills for hand-offs between shifts and technical reporting
  • Proven track record of following safety protocols in a high-hazard manufacturing setting
