Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation, startup, and ramp-up activities for the VTS production line equipment
- Monitor and respond to Statistical Process Control (SPC) triggers to maintain process stability
- Troubleshoot complex process-related issues to minimize tool downtime and maintain throughput
- Document all maintenance, process adjustments, and tool status updates within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to optimize recipe performance and yield

- Ensure strict compliance with cleanroom protocols and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and MES software tools
- Ability to work in a Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanroom environment for extended periods
- Willingness to work a 12-hour compressed work week shift, including rotating days or nights
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical hardware and process deviations
- Familiarity with Silicon Carbide (SiC) or power semiconductor processing technologies
- Ability to lift and move equipment components as required by maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills for hand-offs between shifts and technical reporting
- Proven track record of following safety protocols in a high-hazard manufacturing setting
