- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing compliance.
- Proficiency in using Statistical Process Control (SPC) for monitoring production quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP and MES software platforms.
