  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Strong understanding of SECS/GEM communication protocols and factory automation systems
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with 8D or similar methodologies
  • Effective communication skills for technical reporting and vendor management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams or high-impact equipment projects
  • Willingness to support on-call or shift rotations as required by production schedules
