Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of cycle time metrics, dashboards, and reports for performance visibility.
- Assist in data collection, validation, and basic analysis to identify cycle time gaps and improvement opportunities across backend manufacturing sites.
- Participate in cycle time improvement projects by supporting root cause analysis, documentation, and action tracking under guidance.
- Learn and apply standard cycle time methodologies, metric definitions, and best-known methods (BKM) used across the network.
- Support preparation of materials for regular cycle time performance reviews and working meetings with site and central teams.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (Operations, Engineering, Planning) to understand backend manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related discipline.
- Strong interest in manufacturing operations, automation, or advanced analytics.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical thinking to interpret data.
