Key Responsibilities
- Support GEL Equipment and lab operations, including Internal/External audits, ESD checks, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration, and safety controls.
- Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of specialized Engineering equipment.
- Maintain current technical records regarding manufacturer notices, upgrades, and safety issues for all equipment.
- Establish programs and solutions to increase equipment uptime and resolve engineering process-affecting issues.
- Provide technical support for engineering equipment repair to both repair and process engineering organizations.
- Define and write preventative maintenance schedules for critical lab equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment requirements, space planning, purchasing, and installation.
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding training, repair, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience with ESD checks is required
- At least 1 year of experience in Semiconductor Equipment or Tools PM, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
- Knowledge of ANSYS Simulation
