Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TEM analysis, including microstructure and chemical characterization using electron diffraction, EDS, and EELS.

- Develop and apply advanced TEM techniques to address complex process challenges in critical technology development projects.

- Build and optimize DM scripts to improve data collection and processing efficiency.
- Lead technology roadmap initiatives in collaboration with instrument vendors, industry partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in TEM materials characterization, including EDS and EELS applications.
- Proficiency in programming with DM scripts and Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of innovation.
- In-depth background in thermodynamics, kinetics, crystallography, and diffraction.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
