Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements or problem statements to provide 'Quick Wins' solutions using low-code platforms.
- Lead the rapid application development of sustainable digitization solutions.
- Drive user adoption of developed solutions and produce comprehensive User Training and Technical Documents.
- Maintain and support solutions built by the Agility Team.
- Process and resolve incident tickets as required, including after office hours support.
- Perform periodic confirmations on the validity of built solutions to refresh or retire them when necessary.
- Provide application migration support when required.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Information Science/Computing.
- At least 5 years of experience in application development using .NET, Asp.Net, C#, or low-code platforms (e.g., Nintex, Power App, Out System).
- Proficiency in SharePoint (2013, 16, 19, and Online) and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Must have experience designing and developing Power Automate flows.
- Ability to accurately translate Business Requirements into articulate Technical Design documentation.
- Proven ability to communicate and work with diverse stakeholders from operational to senior management levels.
