Key Responsibilities

Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams

Requirements

3+ years as a Business/Project/Program Analyst in technical environments (AI/ML, software development, or related fields)
Proficient in JIRA, Agile methodologies, and project management/business/process analysis tools
Strong experience in requirements gathering, translating them into functional and technical specifications
Expertise in process documentation and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows
Knowledge of the project management lifecycle, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on process optimization
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Triton, MIGraphX), training and inference models, and GPU software development is a plus
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and other data visualization tools
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
Business Analysis Certification (IIBA or PMI) preferred
Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma Green+ certification preferred
Agile Certification (Scrum Alliance) nice to have
Professional Scrum Certification (Scrum Alliance) nice to have
IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) nice to have
