Key Responsibilities

Perform silicon characterization and analysis to develop Product Definition that meets customer requirements and supports Yield and Cost targets.
Interface with Foundry, Design, and Test Engineering to support product yield and drive development execution from validation through production release.
Interface with US product groups, design, platform validation, BIOS and test engineers on root cause resolution for device failures along with power and performance settings.
Oversee device and process reliability, assess implications of stress-testing outcomes, balance business and quality/reliability requirements for Products and Processes in question.
Set goals, plan and coordinate (data analysis, debug, root-cause, implementing solutions) yield improvement activities.
Provide timely debug for customer reported issues, assist customer and quality teams to provide resolutions.

Requirements

7yrs or more experience in the semiconductor industry and worked on NPI.
BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
Analytical Thinker: able to assess problems, plan for experiments/next steps and drive team to execute.
Data Analytics: able to understand complex data and draw technical conclusions to drive the next steps.
Experience working with Foundry, Product, and Test teams to drive yield performance from validation through production release.
Good communication and organizational skills, able to work effectively with distributed product engineering teams.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrates the characteristics of an independent and resourceful individual.
Experience with NPI teams and a strong understanding of the product development ecosystem.
