Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve capacity planning methodologies to ensure accuracy in achieving planned mix & capacity.
- Establish layout plans for all production equipment based on operational needs and ensure timely installation/release.
- Initiate Tool-to-Tool Matching (Golden/Lemon) and Best-In-Class benchmarking to strive for peak tool performance.
- Update and maintain the tool capacity/productivity database for capacity planning and productivity index tracking.
- Manage capital budget to reflect equipment requirements for capacity mix and new technology introduction.
- Lead/coordinate people productivity and automation initiatives, including headcount modelling.
- Initiate, lead, and drive continuous improvement projects and Best-Known-Method sharing.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processes and IE tools used in the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle, AutoCAD, Tableau, and Python.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
