Key Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain engineering projects, ensuring alignment with quality system, regulations, customer requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Formal training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, DFSS, experimental design).
- Proven ability to manage scheduling, cost, and performance of design projects.
- Effective change management skills to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage competing priorities and stakeholder interests.
- Track record of delivering projects aligned with time-to-market objectives.
