Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of major standalone initiatives or complex, multi-workstream programs, adapting governance to match regulatory risk and scale.

- Comfortable owning a single, high-impact project or leading a large, multi-workstream program.
- Ability to operate as a senior delivery leader in a cross-functional environment.
- Direct ownership of plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes is required (not a PMO coordination role).
- Experience managing complex technology initiatives within Supply Chain or Operations is beneficial.
