Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized filing systems, documentation, supplies, and reference materials.
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders, executives, or leaders of complex or global functions.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and coordinating across stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements while handling confidential information.
  • Experience planning and organizing meetings or events, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
