Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leaders or teams, assisting with scheduling, meeting preparation, and routine operational needs.

Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders, executives, or leaders of complex or global functions.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and coordinating across stakeholders.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements while handling confidential information.
- Experience planning and organizing meetings or events, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
