Key Responsibilities

- Support inventory audits and compliance activities, maintaining audit readiness and documentation accuracy.
- Monitor inventory irregularities such as variances, aging, and slow-moving stock, providing solutions and reports to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related operations role.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, macro programming).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
