Key Responsibilities

  • Manage requests for new sub-inventories and locators in line with company policies.
  • Support inventory audits and compliance activities, maintaining audit readiness and documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory irregularities such as variances, aging, and slow-moving stock, providing solutions and reports to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and operational reliability.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related operations role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, macro programming).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
