Key Responsibilities
- Manage and sustain PVD sputtering processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Analyze and characterize processes and equipment systems to maintain and control process parameters using SPC/FDC.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process robustness, reliability, and productivity.
- Collaborate with module process owners and Fab quality engineers on robust process control using SPC, CLM, FMEA, 8D methodology, and yield improvement projects.
- Collaborate on setting up and improving Statistical Process Control (SPC) KPIs such as OOC, Drift, CpK, and control limit management.
- Perform analysis and follow-up on all SPC-related problems within the department through cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with MQA, Technology, and Device modules to align on quality, service, and cost goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Material Science, Electrical or Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Physics, or Chemical engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with SPC methodology.
- Understanding of 8D methodology, DOE, and FMEA is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and high attention to detail.
