Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site electrical systems.
- Oversee the safe and reliable operation of the 66 kV substation and downstream electrical distribution network.
- Ensure availability and performance of critical electrical assets including Transformers, MV/LV switchgear, Protection relays, UPS systems, and Emergency power systems.
- Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Manage site-wide energy consumption, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor electrical system performance, troubleshoot faults, and lead root cause analysis for failures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with utilities, contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in facilities management, electrical systems, and energy management.
- Experience within a Semiconductor manufacturing environment is required.
