Key Responsibilities

Ensure availability and performance of critical electrical assets including Transformers, MV/LV switchgear, Protection relays, UPS systems, and Emergency power systems.
Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Manage site-wide energy consumption, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor electrical system performance, troubleshoot faults, and lead root cause analysis for failures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Coordinate with utilities, contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline.
10 - 15 years of experience in facilities management, electrical systems, and energy management.
Experience within a Semiconductor manufacturing environment is required.
