Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate user requests for approval in electronic systems and create, manage, and maintain control charts in SPACE.
- Review control charts, process capability indices, and trend data to identify abnormalities, drifts, or out-of-control events.
- Participate in cross-functional investigations into SPC excursions and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide coaching or serve as a reference to teams on SPC fundamentals, data interpretation, and system usage (SPACE / eCAP).
- Support technology transfer activities for new products in accordance with OP31 requirements.
- Act as Quality Representative in project/transfer meetings to align information, track deliverables against milestones, and proactively mitigate constraints.
- Participate in the review of transfer documentation, reports, and risk assessments at various stages of technology maturity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, Industrial/Manufacturing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Highly proficient in statistical analysis and methodologies with background in applied statistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities to lead structured discussions across teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation practices.
