Key Responsibilities
- Ensure team effectiveness and efficiency in handling daily BAU tasks
- Handle exceptions and investigation matters while ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures
- Review documentation for client onboarding, static data maintenance, and transactions
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS) for complex account document reviews
- Track, monitor, and escalate accounts/transactions with documentation deficiencies for management attention
- Monitor and ensure all business requests regarding documentation are attended to promptly per agreed SLA
- Generate and follow through with various reports (daily, exception reporting, aging)
- Accurately execute service requests and client instructions on static maintenance updates and account opening in core banking systems
- Liaise with Front Office regarding rework and monitor to ensure no long outstanding unprocessed requests
Requirements
- Competent in Guidelines for Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance
- Proficiency in CDD Guidelines and documentation requirements for Due Diligence checks (Individual & Corporate)
- Knowledge of different Corporate entity structures and corresponding documentation requirements
- Account structuring knowledge
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Good communication skills
