Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring, skilling, and coaching a team of wealth planning managers to drive customer engagement activities focusing on holistic financial planning.
- Ensure a needs-based approach, compliance with FA Act, Fair Dealing, and adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements and policies.
- Act as the single point of accountability for the assigned team regarding overall business performance, business quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective use of resources and cultivate a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team member development.
Requirements
- A good degree with at least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a good track record in financial advisory business management - Sound understanding of financial planning, wealth management products as well as banking operations -
- Good knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management, and business marketing strategies and techniques -
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff and has relevant experience in development of high-performing relationship managers - Preferably with CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP qualifications would be an added advantage
