Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead safe chemical handling and usage within SIN FE Operations.
  • Institute effective chemical ordering/reordering/stocking system to ensure chemical availability.
  • Provide dynamic system for managing and tracking chemicals, ensuring conformance to approved storage limits and licensing.
  • Support the smooth introduction of new chemicals required for new products and processes.
  • Drive effective control of airborne molecular contaminations (AMC) within the clean room environment.
  • Implement structured Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize for high throughput and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with TD for early material introduction and support new chemical onboarding activities, including RA and AI requirements.
  • Establish standardized layouts and connection requirements for chemical systems to ensure safety.
  • Drive chemical safety investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to resolve recurring issues.
  • Define effective supply and disposal concepts (CDU, auto dosing, etc.) and plan for various chemicals used in operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semiconductor industry.
  • Relevant knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Preferably with experience in material planning & chemical safety handling in semiconductor industry.
  • Application of quality and SPC tools at work.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications such as Excel, Power Point, and Words.
  • Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • A strong analytical mind and able to organize works to identify the root cause of problems.
  • Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment at work.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, and good team player.
  • Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
