Key Responsibilities
- Analyze yield, process, diagnostic, and semiconductor test data to support lot disposition and drive baseline yield improvement
- Debug and release test programs into mass production while validating performance over process and operating conditions
- Collaborate with wafer foundries and assembly houses to isolate root causes of yield loss and drive resolution
- Interface with management and business teams to provide yield outlooks for product planning and cost analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams and task forces to address and resolve yield excursions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with ATE test platforms, specifically Advantest 93K
- Strong understanding of VLSI test techniques and electronic circuits including digital/analog functional blocks
- Proficiency in yield management software such as O+ or Exensio
- Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Experiment (DOE)
- Understanding of reliability testing, quality concepts, and failure analysis
- Experience with high-volume fabless semiconductor environment and supply chain KPIs
- Automotive related semiconductor experience is preferred
- Fluency in English with strong data analysis and challenge-handling capabilities
