Key Responsibilities
- Develop measurement recipes to provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity, proactively solving yield or quality impacts.
- Participate in new technology development and startup alongside Research & Development (R&D) fabrication sites in the US.
- Collaborate with Engineering Operations and Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization.
- Develop and run projects aimed at enhancing inline detection, improving efficiency, reducing cost, and minimizing measurement variability.
- Partner with tool suppliers to explore innovative solutions for shrinking technology nodes.
- Support Fab through data analysis, providing knowledgeable summaries and recommendations on process changes and cost reduction.
- Determine sampling strategies to meet Production, Process Control, and Quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
