Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and analyze software for backend automation, manufacturing system, tracking system, and planning/scheduling systems.
- Conduct research, design, documentation, and modification of software specifications throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with global counterparts and customers on issues, driving improvement and development efforts.
- Proactively engage with customers to establish strategic technology areas that leverage IT for business advantage.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and execute escalation processes as required.
- Ensure system availability to support 24x7 Manufacturing/Engineering operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Perl, Angular, HTML5, and SQL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Highly motivated with solid software project management skills.
- Ability to learn independently and stay current with emerging technologies.
