Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Field Domain Expert, offering consultation and support to Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams.
- Develop, review, and maintain global system, equipment, and component Standards, Specifications, and Best Known Methods (BKMs).
- Implement Standardization and Alignment across Micron's Global Network for Engineering, Design, Construction execution, Reliability Programs, and O&M practices.
- Find opportunities for improvement in system designs to enhance performance, efficiency, reduce maintenance, and achieve cost savings.
- Provide valuable support to Design teams in the engineering development of new large-scale Facilities Infrastructure Expansion projects.
- Conduct timely and thorough review of design packages, offering detailed comments to ensure project success.
- Take charge of Global Facilities Programs & Initiatives, including establishing objectives and roadmaps.
- Lead Sustainability Programs in alignment with Micron's Corporate Sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Facilities related industry.
- Demonstrated experience with Chemical and Slurry systems.
