Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of forecasting accuracy for SSB machines.
- Support day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations and maintain timely communication with stakeholders regarding discrepancies.
- Prepare and coordinate unit performance reports.
- Perform data analytics on machine faults to identify actionable insights for improving machine uptime.
- Deep dive into and query root causes, suggesting solutions to resolve operational issues.
- Automate manual processes and suggest departmental process improvements.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis, including statistical and predictive modeling, to address business questions.
- Prepare and support budgeting, accruals, and Strategic Cost Management processes.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering / Statistics / Finance with at least 4 years relevant experience Advanced skills in MS Office Products, BI tools e.g., Qliksense, Tableau, etc Familiarity with Consumer Banking Operations and SSB terminals and its operations will be an advantage.
- Strong technical and applicable experience in analytics languages e.g., R, Python, SAS would be an advantage.
- Proficient in SQL and query optimization on e.g.
- Teradata, Hadoop, Sparkola, Superset, S3, Alluxio, etc, would be an advantage.
