Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role with revenue responsibility
  • Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and open new markets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Solid technical background in power generation solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, costing, and driving EBIT targets
  • Prior experience with mtu engines or power generation systems
  • Knowledge in hybrid, electrified, or digitalized power solutions
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Legal right to work in Singapore is required
